Wisconsin’s Network for Safety (WINS) in Child Support
What is Domestic Violence?
A pattern of behavior in any relationship that is used to gain and maintain power and overt control over their partner, ex-partner, or family member.
The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families was awarded the Safe Access for Victims’ Economic Security (SAVES) Demonstration Grant from the Office of Child Support Services. In Wisconsin, Kenosha County is one of three WI counties taking part in this demonstration through Wisconsin’s Network for Safety (WINS) in Child Support.
Kenosha County’s goal in this project is to implement policies and practices aimed at increasing safety and fair access for survivors of domestic violence in our child support program.
